Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our facilities. This role is vital in ensuring that all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems operate efficiently, safely, and reliably. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership abilities, technical expertise in industrial maintenance, and a proactive approach to facilities management. As a Property Manager, you will coordinate maintenance teams, manage safety protocols, and implement project management strategies to uphold the highest standards of property performance and safety compliance. Duties Lead and supervise facilities maintenance teams to ensure timely repairs and preventive maintenance of mechanical systems, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC units, and other building infrastructure. Develop and manage maintenance repair procedures aligned with safety regulations such as OSHA standards. Oversee the management of facilities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, maintenance schedules, and asset records. Troubleshoot engineering issues related to mechanical systems, electrical circuits (high voltage and low voltage), HVAC systems, and industrial equipment using schematics, multimeters (voltmeter, ohmmeter), and other diagnostic tools. Ensure compliance with safety regulations by conducting regular inspections, maintaining safety documentation, and training staff on proper procedures. Coordinate projects related to facilities upgrades or repairs while managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, safety inspections, schematics updates, and system troubleshooting reports. Requirements Proven management experience supervising facilities maintenance or industrial maintenance teams. Strong mechanical knowledge including HVAC system repair, plumbing system maintenance and repair, electrical systems troubleshooting (including high voltage), and mechanical systems repair. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), engineering troubleshooting techniques, schematics interpretation, and electrical testing tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters. Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and adherence to safety procedures in industrial environments. Experience managing facilities using CMMS platforms for work order tracking and asset management. Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Effective leadership skills with a focus on team management and supervising experience in facilities or industrial settings. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting, documentation, and communication purposes. Strong communication skills in English to facilitate clear instructions and team coordination.
