Center Director Posted on October 15, 2025 October 15, 2025 by JMJ Phillip We are seeking an experienced and motivated Center Director to oversee daily operations, lead staff, and ensure the center's programs and services meet high standards of quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator and strategic thinker who can manage both people and processes to achieve organizational goals. Position Responsibilities Leadership and Operations Management Supervise the overall operations of the center to ensure smooth and effective daily performance. Provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to staff. Maintain compliance with all organizational policies, procedures, and applicable regulations. Program Development and Implementation Support the creation and delivery of programs that align with the organization's mission and objectives. Monitor program effectiveness and recommend improvements as needed. Collaborate with teams to ensure services meet client and community needs. Client and Community Relations Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and local partners. Represent the center at events, meetings, and community outreach activities. Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all stakeholders. Prerequisites Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Management, or related field (Master's preferred). Proven experience in a leadership or management role, ideally within an educational, healthcare, or community-based setting. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage budgets, staff, and operational goals effectively. Certifications (Preferred, but not Required) CPR and First Aid Certification Leadership or Management Certification What the Role Offers Competitive salary range: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and retirement plans.
