We are in search of someone with strong organizational skills, professionalism, and a go-getter attitude. As a key leader you will handle tenant relations, coordinate maintenance, and ensure compliance with housing regulations. This position requires someone who can effectively manage both administrative and resident-facing responsibilities. Responsibilities Collecting and receipting rent payments from tenants. Prior experience with property management software and/or Buildium is preferred. Manage leasing processes including property tours, application processing, and lease signings. Coordinate property maintenance and facilities management. Oversee tenant relations by addressing concerns promptly, resolving conflicts effectively, and maintaining positive customer relationships through excellent phone etiquette and personalized service. Conduct regular property inspections to monitor condition, facilitate repairs, manage vendor relationships for property upkeep. Promote leasing opportunities when necessary. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, Section 8 guidelines, and other legal requirements. Skills Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing regulations, and Section 8 housing programs. Proficiency with property management software and/or Buildium for data entry, leasing administration, and reporting. Experience in administrative functions including contracts, legal documentation, filing systems, and office procedures. Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and resolve disputes professionally. Effective communication skills including phone etiquette and customer relationship management techniques.
