Community Property Manager | Lynnwood & Bothell | MH $60,000-$70,000 per year | Full-Time Are you an experienced property management professional who enjoys building strong resident relationships, taking ownership of your communities, and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly? We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Community Property Manager to oversee two manufactured home communities located in Lynnwood and Bothell, Washington . This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned property manager who is organized, approachable, tech-savvy, and confident balancing resident relations with the operational, financial, and compliance responsibilities of property management. Important Position Details Please review before applying: Minimum 5 years of property management experience is required This position does NOT provide onsite or employee housing Relocation assistance is NOT available Candidates must be able to reliably commute to and travel between our Lynnwood and Bothell communities Spanish-speaking/bilingual candidates are a plus This is a full-time, in-person position averaging 40 hours per week What You'll Do As the Community Property Manager, you will oversee the daily operations and resident experience of both communities while working closely with regional leadership and onsite maintenance personnel.
Your responsibilities will include:
Manage rent collection, resident accounts, and tenant files using Rent Manager Review resident accounts for unpaid rent, late fees, and other outstanding balances Communicate with residents regarding delinquent accounts and coordinate collection efforts Conduct regular home, lot, common-area, and community inspections Perform routine community walks to identify maintenance, appearance, safety, and compliance concerns Help maintain community cleanliness, appearance, and strong curb appeal Communicate professionally with residents regarding community rules, regulations, notices, and lease requirements Address minor violations and follow through to resolution; escalate significant concerns to the Regional Manager when necessary Respond to resident questions, concerns, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally Build positive resident relationships and promote resident satisfaction and retention Coordinate with maintenance personnel and ensure service requests are addressed according to company standards Prepare and distribute resident notices and other communications as needed Participate in weekly staff and management meetings Attend court hearings related to resident evictions when required Respond appropriately to urgent community situations and promptly report significant incidents to regional leadership Maintain organized, accurate, and up-to-date property and resident records What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is an experienced property management professional who understands that successful community management requires a balance of excellent customer service, consistent policy enforcement, strong organization, and follow-through. We're looking for someone who: Has 5+ years of property management experience Has strong resident and customer relations skills Communicates clearly and professionally, even during difficult conversations Is highly organized and able to manage competing priorities Is comfortable with technology and property management software Is proactive and takes ownership of issues through resolution Has excellent attention to detail and follow-through Can work independently while maintaining strong communication with regional leadership Is comfortable managing two nearby communities and traveling between locations Takes pride in maintaining attractive, welcoming, well-managed communities Is comfortable handling collections, compliance matters, notices, and other day-to-day property management responsibilities Spanish-speaking/bilingual skills are a plus
