Summary Gulf Coast Social Services is currently seeking an experienced Program Director for its in-home services programs in the Shreveport Region. Responsibilities The Program Director is responsible for the management of staff and program services for multiple in-home services programs serving all ages, ensuring that program services comply with all licensing and funding agency guidelines. This position involves program development, assessments, planning, scheduling, and meeting program goals and objectives. The position meets regularly with program staff, state agencies, consumers, and their families. The position also manages the approved program budgets and takes appropriate action to maintain the fiscal soundness of the various programs. Qualifications Five (5) years of experience in the delivery of services to youth and adults or A bachelor's degree in a mental health/human services field and two years of experience in the delivery of services to youth and adults. Excellent organizational, public relations, verbal and written communication skills. A minimum of two (2) years' experience managing staff. A valid driver's license, current liability insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle in safe operating condition.
Pay:
$39,520.00 - $45,000.00 per year
