Examples of Duties Confers with school officials and City department/agency management, to develop objective and scope of the project and its expected results. Prepares appropriate process and project management charts, questionnaires, abstracts, descriptions and other data presentation formats. Collects project information by survey, file review, field observation, interview and research. Analyzes the information in terms of City department mission and best practices in the field of study. Prepares reports and recommendations on the results of investigation and analysis. Presents project procedure, conclusions and recommendations. Utilizes word processing, spreadsheet, database, presentation and other office software as required by project specifics. Receives training and experience in the activities of a City department or agency. Minimum Qualifications Enrollment in a college or university with junior, senior or graduate level class standing.
