. Peoplelink Staffing Solutions is seeking motivated individuals for full-time Production Operator positions in Coleman, MI . As part of our team, you will assist in operating production machinery, trimming materials, inspecting product quality, and supporting overall manufacturing operations.

Shift Pay:

$17.84 - $18.34 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Machine Operation:

Operate production equipment such as vacuum?forming or foam?press machinery to create plastic components.

Trimming:

Trim excess material using tools such as knives, scrapers, routers, or torches to meet product specifications.

Material Handling:

Lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and perform tasks involving bending, kneeling, squatting, twisting, and standing for long periods.

Quality Control:

Inspect products for defects and verify product quality according to documented specifications.

Documentation:

Complete required production and quality records accurately.

Safety & Compliance:

Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and process requirements within the manufacturing environment.

Team Collaboration:

Work effectively with supervisors and team members to support smooth production flow and meet daily output goals.

Qualifications:

Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently and perform frequent physical movements. Ability to operate basic pneumatic or hand tools. Must be able to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy. High school diploma or GED preferred.
