This is a high-impact leadership role that partners closely with the CFO and executive team to drive financial strategy, planning, and performance. As a key member of the finance organization, you will lead core FP&A processes, develop a small team, and deliver critical insights to support decision-making across the business. This role offers significant visibility with senior leadership, private equity stakeholders, and lenders in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment. Immediate need:
We are seeking candidates available to start as soon as possible. What You'll Do Financial Planning & Analysis Leadership Lead the annual budgeting process, long-range planning, and rolling forecasts Build and oversee robust financial models, including 3-statement modeling and scenario analysis Deliver insightful variance analysis and actionable recommendations to leadership Strategic Finance & Business Partnership Partner with the CFO and business leaders to support strategic initiatives and capital allocation decisions Translate financial data into clear, actionable insights for executive audiences Support M&A, due diligence, and other strategic finance initiatives Executive & Stakeholder Reporting Develop board-ready materials and investor presentations Support reporting to private equity stakeholders, lenders, and senior leadership Provide clear, concise financial storytelling to inform key decisions Systems & Process Improvement Lead the evaluation and implementation of budgeting and forecasting tools (e.g., Adaptive, Anaplan, SAP SAC, Oracle Hyperion) Enhance reporting capabilities through dashboards, automation, and scalable processes Drive continuous improvement across FP&A processes and systems Team Leadership Manage and develop 1-2 FP&A team members Provide coaching, mentorship, and oversight to ensure high-quality deliverables What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, valuation, transaction advisory, or related finance roles 1-3 years of prior supervisory or management experience Strong financial modeling and analytical skills Experience supporting budgeting and forecasting processes Preferred Qualifications Experience in private equity-backed or high-growth environments Background in professional services or consulting-driven business models Exposure to financial systems and planning tools (Adaptive, Anaplan, SAP, Oracle, etc.) CPA, CFA, or MBA (a plus, but not required) What Sets You Apart Strategic mindset with the ability to connect financial insights to business outcomes Strong leadership and team development skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with high attention to detail Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment Why Join Us High visibility: Work directly with the CFO and executive leadership Strategic impact: Play a key role in shaping financial strategy and infrastructure Growth environment: Be part of a private equity-backed organization with significant momentum Leadership opportunity: Build, mentor, and scale a growing FP&A function Work Environment Hybrid schedule (3+ days in office in Scottsdale, AZ) Performance-driven culture focused on impact and results Collaborative and fast-paced team environment Benefits & Perks We offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits package designed to support your financial, health, and personal well-being: 401(k) with
