This role is key to maintaining accurate purchasing records and logistics coordination.
Key Job Responsibilities and Duties Order and Data Management :
Ensure Purchase Orders and monthly pricing updates. Update calendars, delivery schedules, and the IQMS system.
Supplier Communication and Follow-up :
Follow up on all outstanding shipments, delivery statuses, acknowledgments, and confirmations. Gather initial pricing, minimum order quantity (MOQ), and lead-time information from suppliers.
Documentation and Compliance :
Request essential documentation, including Certificates of Analysis (COAs), Safety Data Sheets (SDS/MSDS), and other required paperwork.
Desired Skills and Requirements:
Proven ability to handle high-volume date entry and maintain accurate records. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication sills for effective follow-up with suppliers. Proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment supporting production and quality teams.
