Full Job Description Position Summary:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide accurate data entry in a fast-paced environment as well as administrative support to the call center staff and affiliates in accordance with financial institution policies and procedures Update and maintain master file records Prepare customer correspondence Receive and process incoming mail and faxes Disburse funds for wire transfers Order checks, debit, and ATM cards Balance daily Perform other duties to service internal and external customers as directed by the Operations Manager or designee Performs other related duties as assigned Competencies Must have excellent phone skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to perform at or above department average with little to no direct supervision while meeting all deadlines
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred and a minimum of one year related experience and/or training in a financial institution setting with an emphasis on deposits
Computer Skills:
Basic computer skills including the ability to use electronic mail, internet, and Microsoft Office products
