Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to define inputs and ensure alignment with the standards of Our Client. Monitor progress against baseline plans, track critical path activities, and perform schedule impact analysis to develop mitigation plans. Prepare weekly, monthly, and short-term lookahead schedules and progress reports to support informed decision-making. Validate schedule data integrity and communicate project status, risks, and variances effectively during schedule review meetings.
