This position will primarily be responsible for executing and monitoring the preparation of legal documents for collections matters. This candidate must be able to effectively communicate in a professional manner with staff and outside parties and manage a challenging workload in a high-volume legal environment. Essential Functions Prepare litigation and/or post judgment documents in accordance with client and firm policies and procedure Request documentation from clients and courts or vendors Prepare assorted legal filings for Arizona state and federal courts File and follow up on court filings Communicate with staff and outside parties Accurately enter data into internal systems Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Proficient in MS office applications with advanced Excel proficiency Strong work ethic (work performance and attendance) Must be accurate as well as efficient Must be able to work with minimal guidance to prioritize and handle multiple concurrent tasks Experience working in a high volume legal environment a plus Excellent verbal, written and organization skills Must possess motivation and drive to complete all assigned tasks by set deadlines
Compensation:
$20.00 - $30.00 per hour depending on experience
