What You Will Do You'll support the patient care experience by coordinating scheduling and administrative workflows that keep our practice running smoothly Serve as a key point of contact for patients, coordinating appointments, procedures, and follow-up care Schedule and reschedule office visits, procedures, testing, and pre-operative appointments Coordinate procedures with providers and other departments to ensure timely, accurate care delivery Obtain insurance authorization, referrals, and verify eligibility prior to services Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and communicate scheduling updates clearly and professionally Enter and maintain accurate patient and insurance information in the EMR system Prepare charts, scan documents, and support daily administrative workflows Track appointment flow, manage cancellations/no-shows, and assist with patient follow up communication Support front office duties such as greeting and directing patients when needed Assist with inventory tracking and other administrative needs across the practice What You Will Bring High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred Experience in a healthcare or medical office setting preferred Familiarity with EMR systems (Athena experience a plus) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong organizational skills and attention to detain in a fast-paced environment Clear, professional communication skills with patient-first mindset Working knowledge of medical terminology preferred Why you'll Love Working Here We take care of our team so they can take care of patients.
