This role is essential for handling client communication and managing repo orders. The ideal candidate is independent, detail-oriented, able to make decisions, and motivated to grow within the company. Responsibilities Answer phone calls in both English and Spanish Respond to emails in a professional manner Communicate with clients and internal team members Manage and follow up on repo orders Maintain accurate and organized records in company systems Provide general administrative support Skills Handle incoming calls and messages Write and respond to emails Enter and update data in internal systems Use Microsoft Excel and Word for daily tasks Track and coordinate repo orders Organize files and documents ⭐ Requirements Fluent in both Spanish and English (required) Basic computer and systems knowledge Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Ability to work independently Strong decision-making skills Responsible, organized, and punctual Available to work 40 hours per week Fast learner, dedicated, and willing to grow
