What You'll Do Your main goal is simple: connect with homeowners and generate qualified appointments for our Design Team. During your shifts, you will: Approach Walmart shoppers and start conversations. Create interest in windows, doors, baths, and showers. Identify homeowners who may be interested in improving their home. Explain current promotions and offers. Ask questions and qualify potential customers. Schedule qualified in-home appointments. Represent Everlasting professionally and enthusiastically. Track and work toward individual performance goals. Attend home shows, expos, community events, and other promotional events when opportunities are available. You'll spend your shift standing, walking, approaching people, and having conversations.
