Summary Under direct supervision of the Client Service Executive, provide administrative and project support to client service teams. This position will work with a variety of associates within a Practice Group, and at other times will work independently on assignments. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Provide general administrative and project support to include basic clerical work, scheduling and attending meetings, researching data, data entry, preparing reports, and special projects as assigned. Education and/or Experience Successful work history to include 1 year of experience in a professional office setting directly related to job responsibilities specified above preferred. High School Diploma required, but an Associate's Degree in business related discipline preferred. Proficiency with personal computers and Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Word, Excel and PowerPoint) with the ability to operate standard office equipment is required. Skill in organizing and using resources and establishing priorities. Demonstrated ability to resolve problems and present results neatly, with clarity and precision in oral and written form. Strong interpersonal skills to establish rapport with internal associates. Ability to work semi-autonomously in a fast paced environment Work Environment & Physical Demands Ability to use computer keyboard and sit in a stationary position for extended periods. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
