You open the ERP, scan the week's demand signals, and orchestrate a schedule that keeps every machine, person, and part working in sync. By midday, a customer pulls in a due date—no problem. You rebalance capacity, coordinate with procurement and logistics, and keep stakeholders informed so output stays on track. By Friday, your metrics show smoother flow and fewer bottlenecks because you spotted a trend and acted on it. That's the impact you'll have as our Manufacturing Master Scheduler. What You'll Tackle Own the build and upkeep of production schedules that meet customer demand while maximizing utilization of people, equipment, and materials. Partner closely with production, procurement, and logistics to align priorities and sequence work effectively. Track shop-floor progress daily; adjust plans quickly to reflect changes in demand or available capacity. Analyze throughput, lead times, and other KPIs to surface improvement opportunities and drive corrective actions. Communicate schedule updates clearly to teams and leadership so everyone understands status and changes. Contribute to long-range production planning efforts and capacity strategies. Maintain precise documentation for schedules, work orders, and inventory-related records. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field preferred. Hands-on experience in production scheduling or a closely related function, ideally within manufacturing. Analytical strength with the ability to interpret data and make sound, timely decisions. Exceptional organization and time management with rigorous attention to detail. Proficiency with scheduling tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
