Role Summary:
The Operations Specialist supports day-to-day pharmaceutical warehouse and operational activities to ensure efficient, accurate, and compliant workflow. Responsibilities may include inventory, receiving, fulfillment, serialization, documentation, recalls, regulatory records, product movement, quality assurance and other operational functions based on business needs. This position is expected to work cross-functionally throughout Operations and may be trained and assigned to multiple operational areas as needed. While an employee may have a designated area of primary focus or expertise, that designation does not limit the employee's responsibility to support other Operations functions. This is an individual contributor position with no direct reports, no supervisory or people-management responsibilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Pack and prepare items for shipment in accordance with order specifications. Fulfill orders involving specific products, including handling heavy materials safely. Work efficiently in a fast-paced, physically demanding warehouse environment. Accurately enter and update customer and order information in computer systems. Perform inventory control tasks, including tracking, counting, and reporting stock levels. Pull, stock, and organize merchandise to support order fulfillment operations. Assist with general warehouse duties as needed to maintain workflow and productivity. Receiving - Efficient handling of incoming orders, including the packaging and labeling of products Inventory control Shipping What You Contribute High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required. Two (2) to five (5) years of experience in a warehouse environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint; experience with CRM, ERP, and/or project management systems preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate cross-functional activities, maintain accurate documentation, and meet deadlines.

Physical Demands:
Frequently sit, stand, walk, bend, reach, and use hands to operate a computer and office equipment. Frequently communicate verbally and in writing. Occasionally lift and carry up to 20 pounds. Ability to move throughout office and warehouse facilities as business needs require.
