Operations Coordinator Precision Truss | Northern California Are you the person everyone depends on to keep things organized? Precision Truss is looking for an exceptional Operations Coordinator to become the communication and scheduling hub of our company. Our customers count on us to keep their projects moving, and this position plays a vital role in making that happen. What You'll Do Coordinate daily workflow between sales, design, production, and delivery. Schedule design and estimating priorities. Dispatch company delivery trucks and coordinate routes. Answer incoming customer calls and provide outstanding service. Communicate delivery schedules and project updates. Coordinate customer issues and resolve scheduling conflicts. Keep projects moving from order entry through delivery. Support our Operations Manager with daily production coordination. We're Looking For Someone Who Is highly organized and detail-oriented. Can manage multiple priorities without losing focus. Communicates professionally with customers and coworkers. Enjoys solving problems and finding solutions. Works well under pressure. Takes ownership and follows through. Has experience in dispatching, scheduling, logistics, construction, manufacturing, or customer service.
