The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, be a self starter and independent thinker, and a comprehensive understanding of dental office procedures. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth workflow, maintaining patient satisfaction, and managing administrative tasks effectively. Some Duties Oversee patient scheduling, including appointments and follow-ups, utilizing dental scheduling software. Review documentation for accuracy and compliance with regulations. Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines. Prepare and present treatment plans. Create and present financial arrangements. Utilize dental software such as Eagelsoft for managing patient information and billing processes. Provide exceptional patient service, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism. Implement office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. Have proficiency in terminology, and phone etiquette. Requirements Proven experience in a dental or medical office setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of dental terminology and documentation review processes. Familiarity with dental software systems such as Eaglesoft is highly desirable. Excellent clerical skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure effective patient interactions. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism. Strong organizational skills to oversee various administrative functions efficiently.
