Live‑Stream Operations Specialist (On-site Control & Project Coordination)

$24‑30 / hour Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Live-Stream Operations Specialist to oversee on-site live control and project coordination for TikTok Shop e-commerce live streams. You will manage pre-live preparation, real-time live stream rhythm control, cross-team coordination, and post-live optimization. This is an on-site studio role with flexible hours to support evening live broadcast schedules. Key Responsibilities 1. Coordinate end-to-end pre-live preparation, including schedule confirmation, script & product process arrangement, team alignment and pre-show rehearsal. 2. Manage full on-site live stream control, regulate live rhythm, assist hosts with product introduction and audience interaction, and ensure smooth live operation. 3. Respond to on-site emergencies in real time, adjust live strategies based on streaming data, and guarantee live broadcast quality and sales performance. 4. Coordinate themed & special live sessions, track project progress from preparation to completion, and ensure full activity delivery. 5. Conduct post-live data review and problem summary, propose optimization solutions, and standardize live operation processes. Requirements 1. Hands-on experience in e-commerce live stream on-site control or project coordination; TikTok Shop operation experience is preferred. 2. Strong on-site control, emergency response and overall planning abilities, capable of stable live stream operation. 3. Must work on-site at our California studio and be available for flexible working hours, including evening live streaming shifts. 4. Basic English communication skills; Spanish speaker is a strong plus. 5. Proactive, detail-focused, pressure-resistant, with excellent teamwork and execution.
