We are seeking a highly experienced professional to join our client's dynamic team, where you will leverage your expertise in AI/ML and analytics to shape the future of on-device communications and automation. This role offers a unique opportunity to directly impact high-traffic digital services, by delivering timely and strategic in-app messaging to a vast global audience. You will be at the forefront of integrating artificial intelligence and machine learning to create intelligent systems that enhance user experiences and drive critical business outcomes. What You'll Do Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of AI/ML solutions to uncover ecosystem patterns and resolve complex business and operational challenges. Develop and implement predictive systems, selecting appropriate algorithms, performing feature engineering, and meticulously fine-tuning model performance to extract actionable insights and inform critical decision-making. Drive end-to-end AI/ML technical development, encompassing roadmap definition, model creation, API integration, data collection integrity, and robust data pipeline management. Ensure the highest level of data integrity and accuracy throughout the analysis lifecycle, guaranteeing reliable, decision-ready findings. Maintain and enhance dashboards, and design automated reports that provide timely, accurate insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, software engineers, and business stakeholders, to identify new opportunities for AI/ML applications and effectively communicate complex findings to diverse audiences. Must-Have Qualifications At least 5-7 years of professional experience in AI/ML design and implementation. Strong experience in designing, developing, and implementing AI and ML models, including deep learning and neural networks, to solve business problems and enhance decision-making. Proven experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) integration and advanced techniques such as prompt engineering. Solid foundation in programming languages like Python (with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn), R, and SQL. In-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, decision trees, random forests, neural networks) and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). Proficiency in data wrangling (cleaning, transformation), feature engineering, and data manipulation. Demonstrated ability to challenge the status quo through data-driven results and strong cross-functional execution. Skilled in data analysis and creating insightful visualizations using tools like Tableau. Experience with SAS/CRM platforms. BA/BS or an advanced degree in Data Science, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field.
