Job Description
Company Overview NoScrubs Laundry Delivery is a fast-paced, same-day laundry delivery service dedicated to providing convenient, high-quality laundry solutions. We pick up, wash, dry, fold, and deliver freshly laundered items directly to our customers' doors within hours.

The Pitch:
This is a position that can and will eventually lead into a full time position. We are a young start up located in 7 cities across the US. We have completed seed funding, and are now working towards our Series A. The operations associate is an important role in keeping everything managed 7 days a week. You will be responsible for admin work, immediate field needs, A.I automation, and more. Everything is teachable- looking for someone ready to put their head down and get to work with us.

Logistics:
work with various delivery and robotics partners to integrate them into NoScrubs operating model Customer Service- assist in various customer inbound outreach, investigate and root cause analyze any customer order issues Proactive project identification and ownership
