Position Responsibilities:

+ Assist with processing, producing, and reconciling shipping, receiving, and delivery documents; track service performance + Collect and prepare information for operational reporting and data tracking + Interact with internal and external customers and collaborate with cross-functional teams + Support dock operations, including inbound load check-in, shipment monitoring, sequencing, and documentation accuracy + Conduct pick floor walks to drive efficiency and compliance + Support slot sequencing, re-slotting, and monitor out-of-stock (OOS) conditions + Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

+ High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 1 to 3 years of related experience
