In this dynamic role, you will coordinate maintenance activities, develop schedules, and ensure the efficient functioning of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and high/low voltage systems. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement in maintenance management, ensuring safety, reliability, and operational excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead maintenance planning efforts in a fast-paced industrial environment, utilizing your technical expertise and management skills to keep our facilities running smoothly. Responsibilities Develop comprehensive maintenance schedules using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to plan routine inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance activities. Coordinate daily maintenance operations, assigning tasks to technicians and supervising their execution to ensure timely completion. Manage work orders, track maintenance activities, and update records accurately within the CMMS platform. Oversee the inspection of mechanical systems, schematics interpretation, and troubleshooting of electrical and low voltage systems using tools such as ohmmeters and schematics. Supervise maintenance teams, providing leadership, guidance, and training to enhance their technical skills in industrial maintenance practices. Collaborate with management on project planning for equipment upgrades or repairs involving programmable logic controllers (PLCs), HVAC systems, or other facility infrastructure. Ensure compliance with safety standards related to high voltage and electrical work while maintaining a safe work environment for all team members. Monitor the condition of manufacturing equipment, utilizing electrical experience and mechanical knowledge to identify potential issues before failures occur. Lead continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing maintenance data to optimize procedures and reduce downtime. HA01 Qualifications Proven management experience in facilities or industrial maintenance environments with supervisory responsibilities. Strong mechanical knowledge coupled with electrical experience, including working with schematics and troubleshooting electrical circuits using tools like ohmmeters. Hands-on experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), HVAC systems, low voltage systems, and high voltage safety protocols. Familiarity with CMMS software for scheduling, work order management, and record keeping. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and facilities management best practices. Project management skills to coordinate large-scale maintenance or upgrade projects efficiently. Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and team collaboration. Supervising experience that demonstrates leadership in managing diverse teams of technicians or specialists.
