Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented LTL Shipping Scheduler to join our logistics team. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate Less Than Truckload (LTL) shipments, ensuring timely and efficient transportation planning. Your expertise will help streamline freight operations, optimize routes, and maintain excellent communication with carriers, drivers, and internal teams. Responsibilities:

Routing shipments, create ASN's and UCC 128 documents for customers.

• Ability to assist with loading and unloading of containers.

• Inventory allocation through system administration of manufacturing and sales orders. Ensure compliance through understanding and ability to follow vendor shipping and handling guidelines. Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Monitor daily pick-ups and deliveries, verify that loads have arrived on time and in good condition. Interface with customers in facilitating will-call orders. Read and match work orders and pick tickets that determine items to be moved, gathered, distributed, and/or shipped by the appropriate carriers. Has secondary duties involving general warehouse functions, plus other tasks and projects assigned on an as-needed basis.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience with UPS Wordship, FedEx Ship Manager, and Pacejet 3rd party shipping software Can operate a handheld scanner. Experience using NetSuite. Familiar with documents related to international shipping. Basic computer skills Able to create Bills of Lading online and manually. Previous forklift experience in a fast-paced environment, is a plus. Can operate a pallet jack. Basic verbal and written communication skills

Physical Demands and Abilities:

Must be able to bend, lift, and stoop without difficulty. Can lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
