Job Description
Overview Dynasty Solar specializes in solar construction, managing projects from inception to completion. As a third-party intermediary, we engage with customers through sales representatives and collaborate with multiple contractors and financiers. We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with experience in solar management to oversee and coordinate our projects seamlessly. Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Solar Scheduler to support our solar operations team. This role is responsible for scheduling solar installation inspections and Main Panel Upgrades (MPUs), ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams, contractors, customers, and sales representatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and comfortable managing multiple schedules and stakeholders simultaneously. Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate solar installation inspections and Main Panel Upgrades (MPUs).
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, contractors, customers, and sales representatives to confirm availability, timelines, and requirements.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for scheduling-related communication via email and phone.
- Track and update all scheduling activities, statuses, and notes accurately in shared spreadsheets and internal systems.
- Ensure all parties are informed of schedule changes, delays, or required follow-ups in a timely manner.
- Verify that inspections and upgrades are scheduled in compliance with project timelines and operational requirements.
- Identify scheduling conflicts and proactively work to resolve them.
- Maintain organized records and documentation related to inspections and MPUs.
- Provide consistent follow-up to ensure tasks are completed through final inspection and sign-off. Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in scheduling, coordination, or operations (solar, construction, or trades industry preferred).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable communicating with customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) and basic computer systems.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and tracking.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Experience
- Experience in the solar industry and with electrical/main panel upgrades.
- Familiarity with inspection processes, AHJs, or permitting workflows.
- Experience coordinating field crews or subcontractors.
