Working under general supervision, the position assists with routine requests, classroom needs, events, and other day-to-day activities. This is a short-term temporary position, and responsibilities may change based on campus needs. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities Provide general administrative and classroom support to faculty Maintain supplies, shared workspaces, and routine records Assist with mail, reimbursements, materials, and basic operational requests Support logistics for faculty events and experiential learning activities Receive, track, and respond to faculty requests Coordinate with campus departments to address operational needs Perform other related duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications Two or more years of administrative or customer service experience Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with faculty, staff, students, and visitors Required Documents Resume Position Type Temporary Additional Information Northeastern University considers factors such as candidate work experience, education and skills when extending an offer.
