Job Description

Front Office Coordinator/Scheduler, Rancho Cucamonga, CA IMIIT is seeking a professional, reliable, patient-focused, and detail-oriented bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Front Office Coordinator/Scheduler to join our team. As the Front Office personnel, you will work collaboratively to provide exceptional care to our patients with kindness and empathy. You will be responsible for a broad range of front desk duties to ensure the smooth operation of our medical office and the provision of direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of the Medical Director and Business Manager.
Front Office Duties:
Answer front office phone using proper etiquette. Perform clerical duties such as scheduling patient appointments, running insurance eligibility checks, patient registration, and data entry. Manage front office reception, insurance authorizations, and patient correspondence. Compile patient charts, obtain signatures, and file them in the EMR system. Handle check-in of patients and scheduling. Keep the office organized and order office supplies. Scan vendor invoices for shipments/inventory. eCW EMR experince is a plus.
Experience:
with 5+ years of experience.
What You'll Bring:
High school diploma or AA Degree. Previous relevant healthcare experience preferred. Spanish bi-lingual proficiency required. Knowledge of medical terminology. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent time management and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, listening, and social skills with a service-oriented attitude. Strong organizational and planning skills. 5+ years of experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software preferred. Valid Driver's License for background check. 3 professional references. $22.50 - $25.00 per hour

Which languages can you speak? This position requires commuting between two locations: Downey and Rancho Cucamonga. The Downey office operates on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, while the Rancho Cucamonga office is open on Thursdays. Will you be able to accommodate commuting to both locations?

Medical receptionist: 5 years (Preferred)
