About Us We're a small, hands-on educational startup fueled by curiosity, creativity, and FUN. Our team is tight-knit, scrappy, and always wearing many hats. If you love flexible work, variety, and the excitement of building something small-but-mighty, you'll fit right in. The Role We're looking for a part-time Operations Coordinator to help keep our world running smoothly. You'll support the CEO, team, and programs by jumping between scheduling, project tracking, materials prep, communication, and whatever new adventure pops up. Some occasional travel for programs and events may be required. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate schedules, programs & communications
- Prep materials + support events & workshops
- Track tasks, projects & simple workflows
- Jump in wherever the team needs support (we love multi-taskers!) What We're Looking For
