Job Description
O2 Employment Services is working with a reputable nonprofit organization to find their next Operations & Administrative Coordinator. This full-time opportunity is based in Redding, CA. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with exceptional communication and organizational skills. This individual will serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership, helping coordinate daily operations, manage competing priorities, and support organizational initiatives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. - Compensation $65,000

- Qualifications Bachelor's degree required Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative, operations, or coordinator role within an organization of similar size or larger required Experience supporting executive leadership and managing complex calendars preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required Excellent listening, note-taking, and follow-up abilities required Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment Collaborative, professional, and service-oriented mindset Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint required Experience with project management software or operational tracking systems preferred Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism Experience working in nonprofit, human services, or social services organizations preferred, but not required Desire to grow professionally and assume increasing operational responsibilities over time Operations & Administrative Coordinator•Responsibilities Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Chief Operating Officer Assist with executive calendar management, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and preparing meeting materials Support the Chief Executive Officer with scheduling of strategic meetings as needed Attend meetings, record detailed notes, distribute meeting summaries, and track action items through completion Coordinate logistics for internal projects, organizational initiatives, and special events Draft, proofread, and distribute professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and organizational documents Track multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines while ensuring accuracy and timely completion Collaborate with leadership and staff across multiple departments to support daily operations Assist with operational improvement initiatives and special projects assigned by executive leadership Maintain organized records, documentation, and administrative systems Handle confidential organizational and personnel information with discretion and professionalism Serve as a resource to leadership by anticipating needs, identifying solutions, and helping drive projects forward Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this position.
