Join Our Growing Team at Kids Connections! Kids Connections Developmental Therapy Center is a clinician-owned pediatric therapy practice providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy services across four California clinic locations: Simi Valley, Santa Maria, San Luis Obispo, and Rancho Cucamonga. Founded by Dr. Cynthia Conway, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Occupational Therapist with over 20 years of pediatric experience, our mission is simple: Learning to play. Playing to learn. We're looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Administrative Assistant to help create a welcoming experience for our families while supporting the daily operations of our clinic. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying organized, providing excellent customer service, and keeping a busy healthcare office running smoothly.
What You'll Do:
Welcome and assist clients, families, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner Answer and manage incoming phone calls, emails, and general office communications Coordinate communication between families, therapists, and leadership Assist with scheduling, data entry, and administrative projects Maintain accurate electronic and paper records while protecting confidential information Keep office supplies stocked and maintain an organized clinic environment Support the Clinical Director, COO, and leadership team with administrative tasks and special projects Help ensure efficient day-to-day clinic operations
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or GED required Bilingual English/Spanish At least 2 years of administrative, customer service, medical office, or scheduling experience Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and learning new software systems Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude Ability to pass a background check
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a healthcare, therapy, or pediatric setting Perks +
