Non-Exempt (Hourly) Full-time, Seasonal Employment, Sep 2026 to February 2027 Job Summary The Scheduling Coordinator (NPMC Coordinator) will be primarily responsible for scheduling of all projects, manpower, equipment, work orders, purchase orders, and any administrative work to support the successful scheduling of installation projects. This is a hands-on position where you coordinate and physically assist with administrative tasks and follow up company-wide with other departments and/or external vendors.
Responsibilities:
Primarily responsible for the timely scheduling of installation projects; dispatching all manpower and equipment needs. Monitors sales orders and projects as they arrive for complete information. Responsible for providing and presenting daily, weekly, and monthly department dashboards through Excel, TEAMS, or Acumatica. (Any format needed) Assist with cross-training of new employees. Administrative responsibilities include receiving incoming calls, researching status of jobs, creating purchase orders, transfers, reports, Acumatica and TEAMS updates. Remains fully involved in all assigned tasks and cases until fully resolved/completed. Ensures that installation projects/events are properly entered into Acumatica, file and follow up until related tasks are complete. Assist with arranging for rental equipment. Review job completion reports for discrepancies and/or necessary repairs Review projects in advance of installation; ensuring that files are always ready for pick up Receive and process repair/maintenance calls Planning, updating or requesting information to maintain accurate installation files Assist the manager with all related paperwork. Assist Supervisor with day-to-day duties, as needed Lead the department by always following safety processes and procedures; guide, train others and help with new ideas to keep employees safe. Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must have 3+ years of scheduling and/or dispatching experience Must have 3+ years of computer knowledge, required! Word, excel, and outlook ERP power user, required Excellent collaborator and motivator Problem-solving ability Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to prioritize tasks and ensure their completion. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficient in both English and Spanish, helpful Must be able to work weekends and OT, as required I have read the Job Description; it has been explained to me and I received a copy.
