Job Summary Job Summary Under the direction of the Dean of Administrative Operations and with day-to-day work guidance provided by the Operations Manager, the Operations Assistant provides administrative and logistical support for the planning, coordination, and execution of more than 200 performances, meetings, receptions, master classes, and other events held in the Center for the Arts and at other on-and off-campus locations throughout the academic year. This position may support analogous activities with the California School of the Arts-San Gabriel Valley (CSArts-SGV).
