This is a critical role within our office, ensuring our providers' schedules remain productive while delivering an exceptional patient experience. If you have dental office experience, enjoy helping patients, and thrive in a team environment, we'd love to meet you! Qualifications Bilingual (English & Spanish) required Dental office experience required Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures Experience with dental practice management software CareStack not required but a plus Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional appearance and positive attitude Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Responsibilities Schedule new and existing patient appointments efficiently Maximize provider schedules while minimizing downtime Confirm appointments and reduce no-shows Manage cancellations and fill open appointment times Coordinate treatment appointments based on clinical needs Verify patient information and update records Communicate clearly with patients regarding appointments and treatment timelines Work closely with the clinical team to maintain an efficient daily schedule Assist with patient recalls and reactivation Answer incoming calls professionally and provide exceptional customer service Maintain accurate appointment notes and documentation What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who: Loves helping patients Is proactive and solution-oriented Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Understands the importance of productive scheduling Has a positive attitude and enjoys being part of a team Takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service Why Join Our Team?
