Home Health- Scheduler Coordinator

The ideal candidate for this position will either be a certified Medical Assistant or have at least 1 years of experience in a medical office or field position. Position Available:

Full-Time Responsibilities:

Coordination of patient care Maintain clinician schedules on a daily basis General clerical duties Follow up on all scheduling notifications to ensure patients are scheduled according to orders. Restaff patients in the event of a call-out. Assign PRN visits as needed

Requirements:

Qualifications Medical Assistant OR a minimum of 1-2 years in a medical office, or LVN with 1 years' experience Knowledge of medical terminology Able to work independently with minimal supervision Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Pleasant phone demeanor Bilingual in Spanish preferred not required Haven Health provides quality clinical care along with encouraging and empathetic support to help our patients reach their healthcare goals.
