At Asteri Behavioral Treatment Center (ABTC) , we're looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented ABA Scheduling Coordinator to join our growing administrative team. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind coordinating services for our clients and supporting our clinical team, ensuring that children and families receive the consistent care they deserve. What You'll Do As an ABA Scheduling Coordinator , you'll play an essential role in ensuring seamless service delivery by coordinating schedules, supporting our providers, and maintaining efficient day-to-day operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinate and manage daily schedules for Behavior Technicians, Supervisors, and clients. Process cancellations, schedule changes, and make-up sessions efficiently while minimizing service disruptions. Communicate scheduling updates professionally with families, clinical staff, and internal departments. Maintain accurate scheduling records and client information within CentralReach . Partner closely with the Clinical, Operations, and Administrative teams to ensure appropriate staffing coverage. Monitor client service utilization and proactively identify scheduling gaps or opportunities for improvement. Assist with onboarding logistics and scheduling support for new team members. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas that improve scheduling processes and operational efficiency. Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail. Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of scheduling experience in an ABA agency or similar healthcare environment ( required ) Experience using CentralReach or another ABA scheduling platform Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail Excellent verbal, written, and phone communication skills Ability to multitask, prioritize competing responsibilities, and perform well under pressure Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace Bilingual in Spanish is a MUST Why Join ABTC?
