We're proud to offer free dental, vision, and life insurance, and we're looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our Operations Team and grow with us. What You'll Do As an Operations Team Member, you'll be hands-on in the compliant tracking and processing of raw marijuana biomass and concentrates. You'll work with software systems, equipment, and vendors to ensure smooth operations and top-tier product quality.
Key Responsibilities :
Maintain quality control across all products and processes Accurately track concentrates using software systems (METRC experience a plus!) Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients Follow all Standard Operating Procedures and contribute to process improvements Assist with equipment coordination, maintenance, and inventory management Help maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment Support ordering and stocking of materials and supplies What You Bring Valid MED badge Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Understanding of manufacturing policies and practices Valid driver's license (or ability to obtain one) Ability to obtain any required state certifications Experience with or willingness to learn METRC tracking system Why Work Here? Requirements Education and Experience:
High School diploma or
GED Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift to 50 pounds at times. Compensation $17-20.00
