Administrative Operations Coordinator Description We are seeking an Administrative Operations Coordinator to support workforce administration and lead the facility administration team. This role works closely with Operations, HR, Payroll, Recruiting, and HRIS teams to ensure accurate employee records, onboarding, reporting, and payroll support.
Pay:
$28.85•$31.25 per hour (equivalent to $60,000•$65,000 annually)

Perks & Benefits Weekly paychecks Direct Deposit or Cash Card pay options Medical / Dental Insurance Employment Type & Shifts Full Time Temp to Hire 1st Shift Job Responsibilities Lead and support the administration team Coordinate employee onboarding and recruiting activities Maintain and audit employee records and timekeeping data Support payroll processing and HRIS administration Monitor attendance and performance processes Generate workforce reports and ensure data accuracy Assist with employee engagement and workforce planning Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Previous leadership or supervisory experience Experience with warehouse operations, HR, payroll, recruiting, onboarding, and HRIS systems Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills Strong communication and organizational skills Associate Requirements Bachelors Background Check Able to Lift 40 pounds Drug Test Must be at least 18 years old The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $28.85•$31.25 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
