• Home Improvement We are looking for energetic and outgoing individuals to join our team inside a busy national home improvement retail environment.

This position focuses on helping customers schedule free in-home consultations for flooring and remodeling services. This is NOT door-to-door sales. You will work indoors in a retail setting speaking with customers who are already shopping for home improvement projects.

Responsibilities:

Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner Educate customers about our flooring and remodeling services Schedule free in-home consultation appointments Work with store-generated referrals from associates and designers Build positive relationships with customers and team members Maintain a professional appearance and attitude on the sales floor
