Company-wide scheduling leadership role Complex commercial projects nationwide About Our Client Our client is a well-established commercial construction firm with over 50 years of industry experience and operations across multiple states. The company specializes in complex, high-end commercial projects and has built a strong reputation for quality, repeat business, and long-term client relationships. Job Description
  • Develop, review, and maintain baseline schedules from preconstruction through project completion.
  • Partner with Project Managers and Superintendents to drive schedule updates, forecasting, and look-ahead planning.
  • Analyze critical path activities, identify schedule risks, and implement recovery strategies.
  • Standardize scheduling procedures, templates, KPIs, and reporting across active projects.
  • Provide portfolio-level schedule visibility, executive reporting, and scheduling best-practice training.

  • 5+ years of construction scheduling experience with a commercial general contractor.
  • Strong experience with complex commercial construction projects.
  • Proficiency with Primavera P6; Microsoft Project experience is also valued.
  • Expertise in critical path methodology, procurement planning, and construction sequencing.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across field and office teams.
What's on Offer Annual salary between USD 115.000 and
USD 135.000.
