Job Description:

About The Role We're supporting a leading defense contractor in the search for a Lead Program Scheduler to manage high-visibility, mission-critical scheduling operations. This position plays a key role in developing and maintaining complex Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for Tier 1 programs, providing schedule risk analysis, and supporting major program reviews. Key Responsibilities Develop, integrate, and manage resource-loaded schedules using MS Project. Support program replans (OTB/OTS), internal reprogramming, and Baseline Reviews. Conduct critical path analysis, variance tracking, and earned value metrics. Lead scheduling support across finance, engineering, manufacturing, and quality functions. Mentor junior schedulers and help shape scheduling best practices company-wide. Ensure compliance with internal procedures and government guidelines (EIA-748, PASEG, etc.). Requirements Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of relevant experience (or 13+ years without a degree, or 7+ years with a Master's) Must have an active Top Secret/SCI clearance Strong experience in program scheduling and earned value management (EVMS) Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience working DoD or government-funded programs under
