Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Monarch Circle is searching for creative, compassionate, and experienced registered behavior technicians. We are looking for someone who is consistent, dependable, a problem solver, and a true team player. The essential functions of the RBT will be to work under the supervision of a BCBA/BCaBA and implement behavior intervention plans as well as complete parent/caregiver training. The RBT will be responsible to complete daily session notes, data collection, as well as input data into a HIPAA compliant database. Candidates must currently have an active Medicaid Provider ID number, and are in good standing with the BACB. Candidates should possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, work independently, and be able to effectively collaborate with others. Must maintain the schedules that are assigned to them. Mental health and welfare experience preferred but not required. Home, school, and community cases available Indian River County. Monarch Circle provides all employees with 5% PTO accrual based for all hours worked with no cap and opportunity for rollover. After 90 days of employment, eligible employees can participate in IRA retirement plan with employer 3% match. We also offer major health insurance, dental, and vision. Pay:

$25.00 - $27.00 per hour
