This is a fast-paced, office-based role where you'll be the communication hub between our customers, field technicians, and internal departments. If you thrive on solving problems and take pride in keeping things running smoothly — this role was built for you. What You'll Do Handle inbound customer calls and emails with professionalism and urgency Create and manage work orders and customer accounts in our CRM Coordinate with the Service Manager to prioritize daily scheduling Checking in parts & supplies and staging for efficient pickup for area Technicians Submit basic quotes and proposals Reconcile completed work orders accurately and on time Submit accurate invoices to clients for work completed that day Maintain up-to-date customer account information Build lasting relationships with clients to drive satisfaction and retention Win new business for your market by being the easiest team to work with Project management is a plus - we'll train you how to file for mechanical permits, job-cost, and progressive bill.
