We are a growing, modern dental practice looking for a friendly, energetic, and highly organized Dental Treatment Coordinator to become an important part of our team. If you enjoy helping people, building relationships, and guiding patients through their dental treatment with confidence and compassion, we'd love to meet you. As our Treatment Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in creating an exceptional patient experience—from explaining treatment plans and answering questions to coordinating schedules, insurance, and financial arrangements. The ideal candidate is a great communicator, detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Present and explain treatment plans in a clear, confident, and compassionate manner. Help patients understand the value of recommended treatment and answer their questions. Coordinate treatment scheduling for optimal patient care and office efficiency. Verify dental insurance benefits and accurately estimate patient financial responsibility. Discuss payment options and assist patients with financial arrangements. Work closely with the dentist and clinical team to ensure seamless communication. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Assist with front desk responsibilities including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and checking patients in and out as needed. Provide outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships with patients. Help create a positive, welcoming atmosphere for every patient who walks through our doors. Qualifications Previous dental office experience preferred. Experience presenting treatment plans is highly preferred. Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance benefits. Familiarity with dental coding is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy office. Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong work ethic. Comfortable learning new technology and dental software. Team-oriented with a genuine passion for helping others. Schedule Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 8:00 AM
