Job Description Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. Schedule deliveries and removals Coordinate exception-based late add-ons in collaboration with customers Manage miscellaneous orders Maintain and update the truck schedule using customers' proprietary systems Communicate schedule changes to customers Respond to inquiries related to: Appointment charges Step charges Wait time or after-hours delivery Bills of Lading (BOL) Provide equipment ETA updates and order scheduling status via HTC's Customers' proprietary systems Support federal scheduling needs Interact regularly with HTC's customers' internal operational team to ensure the proper alignment is achieved daily Track and report overall equipment status to customers

Job Requirements Qualifications:
