RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide oversight of all planning and scheduling activities Plan, coordinate, supervise, and direct planning and scheduling activities Ensure that corporate planning and schedule stands are implemented and that all project related activities comply Provide oversight and supervision of scheduling team Coach, mentor, and train field personnel, forepersons, and assistant superintendents Establish and nurture teamwork environment Ensure crews have resources and support Provide work direction and performance evaluations Identify hiring needs and participate in hiring, discipline, and dismissal decisions if needed Develop leadership potential through appropriate task assignments and career growth opportunities Implement Mortenson's Zero Injury Safety Program at project site Manage open shop and union issues Maintain relationships with all visitors to the site: customers, architects, union representatives, subcontractors, et al. Manage site work and logistics efficiently, providing suggestions for improvement Other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management , Engineering, or equivalent field Minimum of four years construction experience or equivalent combination of training and experience Experience as a project engineer is desirable Excellent oral and written communication skills Active listening skills and effective communication, open to diverse input and feedback Ability to travel may be required based on operating group Thorough knowledge of scheduling concepts, principles, practices, and company software Thorough knowledge of standard construction practices and project sequencing Ability to exercise creativity and mature judgment in solving unprecedented problems on complex projects Strong plan and specification reading, review, and interpretation skills Basic knowledge of project management, contracts, and buyout Working knowledge of 4D visual planning methodologies Strong organization and team skills Basic knowledge of cost and resource loaded schedules Basic knowledge of claims avoidance and resolution techniques Ability to work in a cross-functional, collaborative, team-based environment Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with initiative to seek innovative solutions Results-oriented to ensure delivery of accurate, complete, and timely products and services A few benefits offered include: (for Non-Craft & Non-Union Craft working 25+ hours / week) Medical and prescription drug plans that includes no additional cost vision coverage Dental plan 401k retirement plan with a generous Mortenson match Paid time off, holidays, and other paid leaves Employer paid Life, AD&D, and disability insurance No-Cost mental health tool and concierge with extensive work-life resources Tuition reimbursementAdoption Assistance Gym Membership Discount Program Senior Scheduler I:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of six years construction experience or equivalent combination of training and experience The base pay range for this role is $107,200 MIN- $160,800 MAX. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL
