Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join our team and drive operational excellence . In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining smooth daily operations, overseeing maintenance activities, and ensuring safety standards are upheld. Your proactive approach and technical expertise will help optimize workflows, support facility management, and enhance overall productivity. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where your leadership and technical skills will make a tangible impact.
Part-Time Position Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday (9:30AM-3:30 PM) Responsibilities Managing daily activities, such as inventory control , order documentation, and supply management. Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation. Ability to write professional, clear, and grammatically correct emails and documents.
Customer Interaction:
Managing good amounts of incoming calls, emails promptly and professionally. Demonstrated leadership or supervising experience in technical or operational roles. Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook) is a must. Prepare, pack, seal, and label outgoing items, ensuring they meet carrier and customer specifications. Resolve problems with shipping, such as delayed orders, missing, or damaged items.
Product/Service Knowledge:
Maintaining thorough, up-to-date knowledge of company products and policies to accurately inform customers. Strong typing skills is required. 50-60 WPM is a common standard for this position. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting while managing multiple priorities.
