In this 20-hour-per-week, onsite role, you will oversee day-to-day Connection Center operations, support client intakes, and help coordinate the resources and financial assistance that enable families to move through temporary crises. A primary focus of the position is training, encouraging and walking alongside our dedicated team of approximately 20 volunteers through supportive, hands-on leadership. We offer some flexibility in how the weekly hours are structured and may consider dividing the schedule between two qualified candidates. Every day, the Connection Center helps people facing difficult circumstances find a path forward. We listen, connect clients with resources, provide financial assistance when appropriate, and stay involved as they work toward greater stability. We are looking for someone with at least three years of volunteer leadership or team-management experience, good Microsoft Office skills, and a compassionate, Christ-centered approach to serving both clients and volunteers.
