Job Description Build and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules Balance machine capacity, labor availability, materials, and customer priorities Coordinate production flow across printing, converting, and shipping operations Adjust schedules to address machine downtime, material shortages, and rush orders Partner with Customer Service, Sales, Purchasing, Production, and Shipping teams to meet delivery commitments Analyze bottlenecks and recommend solutions to improve throughput and efficiency Maintain ERP data, monitor KPIs, and support continuous improvement initiatives Communicate production status, risks, and recovery plans to key stakeholders MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
